the hotel had a key location near Istiklal street, a metro station, and Kabatas Iskelesi. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and get around easily. Another advantage was that we were able to order food to our room, although it would have been better if the service was available 24/7 or at least until midnight. Despite the negative experiences, we did appreciate the effort put into the lobby design, visually appealing.

The hotel is conveniently located, very near to Taksim Square and it's easy to get to the airport from here. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast includes a variety of options, including cooked meals, and the view from some rooms is amazing. The hotel also offers free wifi and there are several facilities available for guests to use, such as a minibar and a taxi service.

Some guests have reported issues with the reception staff not respecting their requests during check-out.
